Work schedule: Full-time (37.5 or 40 hours per week)

Your Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in the manufacturing of our high-resolution microfocus X-ray tubes and ensure that our systems are assembled with precision, tested, and commissioned reliably. Your responsibilities will include, in particular:

      • Assembly of mechanical components and subassemblies for open X-ray tubes
      • Assembly and integration of complex subassemblies based on technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
      • Assembly, wiring, and connection of electromechanical components
      • Commissioning of X-ray tubes and associated systems
      • Conducting setup, adjustment, functional, and system tests
      • Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions
      • Performing repairs and rework as part of quality assurance
      • Packaging finished X-ray tubes for safe transport
      • Collaboration on special technical projects and support for development
      • Documentation of assembly, testing, and commissioning steps

Your Profile:

This position requires a high level of technical understanding, precision, and the ability to work independently when handling highly sensitive X-ray technology. You therefore meet the following criteria:

      • Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or electronics technician for devices and systems, or a comparable qualification
      • Experience in the assembly of mechanical and electromechanical assemblies
      • Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing documents
      • Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems
      • Meticulous, structured, and independent work style
      • High quality awareness and technical understanding
      • Ability to work in a team, reliability, strong initiative, and a willingness to go the extra mile
      • Fluency in spoken and written German
