High power X-ray tubes
X-RAY WorX high power tubes with reflection target cover a range of focal spots between 6 and 500 microns. The maximum nominal voltage of 300 kV and up to 500 Watt emission power allow highly accurate CT scanning of dense automotive and aircraft parts with large dimensions.

Due to exchangeable tube heads with automatic tube head recognition, an ultimate tube power of 350 Watt / 240kV (reflection tubes), and a JIMA resolution of 0.9 microns (μm) (transmission tubes) these X-ray tubes provide a paramount flexibility for versatile applications. They feature an internal cooling of target and sealings; fully support the new standard EN ISO 17636-2, provide exchangeable target heads, and a length up to 150 cm at only 70 mm diameter. Additionally, panoramic and directional targets are available.
